The new regulatory world, post-Conduct of Business Sourcebook

The regulated financial world is changing again. It’s becoming less prescriptive, less tick-box oriented on the one hand, which is great. On the other, the penalties for non-compliance appear to be increasing, and the frequency of FSA enforcement action is also rising.
Seems like a market where we need to be principles-based!

This website is a joint venture by 2020 Financial Services, the FSA regulated Network, and ValidPath, the provider of practice-development resources to the professional sector.
